Becket Greten-Harrison, PA-C
Becket is a physician assistant specializing in cardiovascular disease and the founder of Hearts at Home. After graduating from Yale University’s PA program in 2016 he continued to practice at Yale New Haven Hospital as an internal medicine hospitalist. He later joined the Heart and Vascular Center with Yale New Haven Health where he provided services including general cardiology, congestive heart failure disease management, and cardiac stress testing using exercise and medication modalities.
Since 2021 he has been working closely with skilled nursing facilities as a cardiovascular disease consultant for post-acute care and long-term care nursing home residents. Through his experience practicing medicine across a wide range of settings he has been able to witness limitations of our healthcare system first hand, which ultimately led him to conceptualize the Hearts at Home care model. He hopes that by removing barriers to access for underserved populations, he will make strides to improve overall health and quality of life and become a model for future healthcare delivery systems.
